These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CardSage mobile application operated by CardSage LLC ("CardSage," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
CardSage grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
You must be at least 13 years old to use CardSage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@cardsage.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
CardSage offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store on a monthly or annual basis. All billing is handled by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms.
The Sage AI advisor provides general information and market insights for entertainment and informational purposes only. CardSage does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. All buy, hold, and sell signals are based on historical price data and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial decision. You are solely responsible for your own buying and selling decisions.
Card pricing information is provided by third-party sources and may not reflect actual market conditions. CardSage makes no warranty that pricing data is accurate, complete, or current. Always verify prices independently before making purchase or sale decisions.
CardSage and its content are owned by CardSage LLC. All trading card game content, card names, artwork, and game assets referenced in the App are the property of their respective owners (The Pokémon Company, Bandai, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Ravensburger). CardSage is not affiliated with or endorsed by any TCG publisher.
You retain ownership of any collection data you enter into the App. By using the App you grant CardSage a limited license to store and process your data to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting support. Upon termination your data will be deleted within 30 days.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. CardSage does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that pricing data will be accurate. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardSage LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including losses resulting from reliance on pricing signals or AI advisor recommendations.
These Terms are between you and CardSage LLC only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or handle claims relating to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
